You can enter the contest via either Instagram or Facebook. To enter, please follow the steps below for the applicable platform:

There is no limit to the number of entries permitted - you can enter the contest as many times as you would like, on Facebook and/or Instagram, and via the contest post on either the WonderBra account or the Cocooning Love account. However, you must tag a different friend in each entry. Multiple entries tagging the same account will not be eligible.

Contest is sponsored by Canadelle Limited Partnership and Cocooning Love Inc. (each a "Sponsor" and collectively, "Sponsors").

Contest open only to Canadian residents over the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees, representatives or agents of Sponsors, and the people with whom they reside, are not eligible to enter the contest.

The eligible winner will be randomly selected from the entries received by 11:59pm (EST).

The chances of winning depend on the total number of entries received. For the avoidance of doubt, all entries received across the contest posts on both the WonderBra and Cocooning Love account on both Instagram and Facebook will be compiled, and one eligible winner will be selected amongst all entries. Likelihood of winning is not impacted by the platform on which you submit your entry, nor on whether you enter using the contest post on the WonderBra account or the Cocooning Love account.

The eligible winner must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question (withoutcmechanical or other assistance) to be confirmed as the winner and awarded the prize. The winner will receive their prize via postal service within approximately four (4) weeks of winning.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are permitted, except at option of Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the prize or a component thereof with a prize of similar or greater retail value, including without limitation, a cash award.

Sponsors make no representation or offer any warranty, express or implied, as to thequality or fitness of the prize. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the winner understands and acknowledges that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from Sponsors, or their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively with the Sponsors, the "Released Parties") should the prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

If the eligible winner: (i) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question; (ii) cannot or refuses to accept the prize as awarded, for any reason; or (iii) is found to be in violation of these rules, they will be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such a case, Sponsors reserve the right, subject to their sole and absolute discretion, to select another eligible winner from among the entries received, in which case the provisions of these rules will apply to this newly selected eligible winner.

The eligible winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook private message by one of the Sponsors on . The eligible winner must respond to this message within 48h. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that their account settings permit the Sponsors to send them messages, and to check their messages in order to see and respond to the message from a Sponsor, within the time frame above, if they are selected as the eligible winner.

The Sponsors reserve the right to adjust any dates and/or other contest mechanics as a result of any technical or other problem, or any other circumstance which, in their sole and absolute discretion, affects the proper administration of the contest. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any technical malfunction or failure of any website or platform during the contest; (ii) the failure of any entry, and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever; (iii) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (iv) any combination of the above.

By participating in this contest, each entrant: (i) agrees to comply with these rules and be legally bound thereby; (ii) releases all Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this contest, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to indemnify all Released Parties against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the contest.
