Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:

    Thank you for shopping with WonderBra. If you need to make a return, please send back your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with price tags & original packaging still attached within 60 days of original purchase. We will issue a prompt credit to your account when your return is received. To return products purchased from our website:

    1. To start your return, click here to print and complete a returns form, then include it in your package. In order to ensure a full refund in timely manner, you must include your order number on the returns form.
    2. Place your item(s) in a secure package, removing or covering any existing labels on the package.
    3. Return your package to us.
  2. If you are returning items purchased AFTER NOVEMBER 1st 2022– please contact 1-800-363-0790 option #4 or email for instructions.

    Please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  4. Terms and Conditions:

    • In order to receive full refund, ensure item(s) have all original packaging and/or price tickets.
    • If you are returning items purchased during a BOGO sale event (Buy 1 Get 2) all items must be returned for a full refund. Should you return 1 item, we will treat each item in the pair as a new, equal value based off of the order total for all the grouped items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment. (if you return 1item you will receive a 50% discount).
    • We can only issue the credit to the original form of payment (Visa, MC, Amex).
    • Online exchanges are not available at this time. For different size or color, place a new order.
    • Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
    • An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
    • We will not issue a returns credit for used products unless the product was defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please call our customer service team.
