1. Return Policy:

    Thank you for shopping with WonderBra. If you need to make a return, please send back your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with price tags & original packaging still attached within 60 days of original purchase. We will issue a prompt credit to your account when your return is received. To return products purchased from our website:

    1. To start your return, click here to print and complete a returns form, then include it in your package. In order to ensure a full refund in timely manner, you must include your order number on the returns form.
    2. Place your item(s) in a secure package, removing or covering any existing labels on the package.
  2. Return method:

    • Email info@wonderbra.ca or call 1-800-363-0790, option #4 with your customer order number to receive your return code.
    • Use this return code to print a pre-paid return shipping label from canada post.
    • If you do not have access to a printer, the Canada Post web site will provide a QR code or a tracking number which you can bring to any Canada Post location and they will print a shipping return label for you.
    • Your package must be at least 10.2 cm x 15.2 cm (4 inches x 6 inches) to fit the label.
    • Drop off your package at a post office or street letter box.
  3. Terms and Conditions:

    • In order to receive full refund, ensure item(s) have all original packaging and/or price tickets.
    • We can only issue the credit to the original form of payment (Visa, MC, Amex).
    • Online exchanges are not available at this time. For different size or color, place a new order.
    • Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
    • An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
    • We will not issue a returns credit for used products unless the product was defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please call our customer service team.
