Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- Processing takes 3–4 weeks after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation.
Final Sale Items:
- Items purchased during a Warehouse Sale or Clearance Sale (bras priced at 15.00 or less, panties at $5.00) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

- Returning all items → Full refund.
- Returning one item → Refund is based on the discounted value (e.g., 50% of the item’s price).
- Defective/Damaged Items? Contact Customer Service immediately.
Important Notes
- No exchanges. For a different size/color, place a new order.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was wrong/defective).
- Used items (non-defective) cannot be returned.
