Please Note:- UPS or FEDEX does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders of $75 or more. Orders are shipped for a flat fee of $10.00. Most orders normally arrive within 5 business days after shipping depending on the proximity from our Distribution Center in Montreal, Quebec. Processing delays may occur during peak periods of the year.

The purchased items will be shipped out as soon as possible once the order has been processed. The delivery times will vary based on the shipping address.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the item(s). We typically send a tracking confirmation email within 24 hours of your item(s) being shipped. If you never received a confirmation email or have deleted it, please contact us so we can provide you with the tracking information.

If you signed into your account when you placed your order, you can track it. From the home page, click "Sign In/Register". Enter your email address and password of your account and click "Sign In". Click on "My Account". On the My Account page, click "Orders/My Orders" and locate the order you want to track and click details. On the Order Details page, click the Tracking Numbers located under Order Date. This will open a new window with the tracking information for your package.
